Marketing Strategy Proposal

The thesis deals with the CRM system implementation into the company management. It contains an analysis of the current situation, comparison of several selected CRM systems and proposes the best product for the company. The goal of this proposal is to improve marketing management in company and to strengthen relationships with present customers as well as to find new ones within expanding market segments.

In the first part of this thesis are set major and minor targets with theoretic methods to achieve them. Second part is practis and there are processed theoretic knowledges which are needed to understand issues and set own improvement. In the end there are reviewed outputs and shown proposals for development sales chanels and better customer communication.

Recommendations on the Improvements for Marketing for the VMT Ecopack s.r.o.

Bachelor’s thesis is oriented in industrial market area. I have tried to suggest some important measures to facilitate the improvement of marketing activities in VMT Ecopack company. In the first part I have explained the fundamental differences between B2C and B2B marketing, different communication with customers, targeting the market, customer relationship mananagement etc. In the subsequent parts I describe the VMT Ecopack company, it’s scope of business, organizational structure, funding indside the company and another important informations for the knowledge of matters. To conclude, in the last part of thesis I conducted a SWOT analysis on the company, market research and focused on methods of improvement with regard to sales support and communication with industrial customers.

Distribution of chosen French products on the Czech market

This bachelor work aims to evaluate the distribution of chosen French products to the Czech market and uncovering the possibilities how to increase their marketability. The whole work consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part gives an explanation of the basic terms of the marketing field which are important for the clarification of the issue of this work. It is focused on the characteristics of markets and their classification at the market of organizations and the market of a final consommateur. It explains the importance of the value for a final customer and it tries to describe the purchase behaviour of organizations and of the final consommateur. This part contains a brief presentation of market analysis and methods how to find out data and information. It deals in detail with the distribution which represents for each company a complex and an exacting process of shipping their products to the final consumer. The practical part is based on an analysis of the sales activities of the company Anglo Czech Ltd. It is concerned with the characteristics and development of French company called Prodifa, which is specialized in the manufacture of perfume atomizers and their charges and afterwards in their sale to distribution companies. This part gives a description of development and characteristics of Czech distribution company Anglo Czech Ltd., which is purchaser of several products of the French company. The work is devoted to the history of cooperation between these two companies and current methods of selling of French products on the Czech market. Also it tries to uncover new opportunities how to increase their marketability.
Analysis and Design of the Marketing Strategy for the Cegelec Company

This master's thesis focuses on analysis and design of the marketing strategy for the company Cegelec a.s., which is a manufacturer of equipment for urban transport vehicles. First part outlines the fundamental principles of the Business-to-Business market and examines the distinguishing characteristics of marketing strategy for this market. Second parts introduces the company Cegelec a.s., provides detailed description of the urban transport vehicles manufacturing market and analyzes the strategy of the company from the marketing point of view. In addition, the thesis incorporates proposal of changes in some components of the company's marketing strategy.
The effectiveness of direct marketing in the industrial market

Cílem této diplomové práce je zjištění skutečnosti, jak působí direct marketing na malé a střední podniky v oblasti průmyslového trhu v České republice a na základě zjištěných informací navrhnout optimální řešení direct marketingové komunikace s těmito typy podniků pro společnost Vodafone. K získání požadovaných informací jsem v rámci diplomové práce provedla marketingový výzkum, ve kterém jsem využila jednu z metod kvantitativního výzkumu, a to dotazování přes internet. Výsledky výzkumu jsou formulovány obecně a může je využít jakákoli společnost, která by chtěla oslovit zmíněné typy podniků.
